pumpkin, beef, potatoe puree
(the last two items may look different and have different ingredients, but they both taste the same, like wallpaper paste - he loves it)

Yeah, so, I've spent an hour and a half helping John tonight. Tomorrow night I'll go round and wallpaper the room for him. It's worth it. I'm feeling better today, less tired.

I've just done the dishes, bopping round the kitchen with sleater kinney blasting on the discman. Every track on the album has a point where it just soars off and my aural senses sigh with pleasure.

Matthew has grown so much over the past couple of weeks. He's fat!! Little chubby boy with dimples and big thick thighs. He's wearing clothes for a 12 month old baby. Debbie's worried about this growth spurt, he's growing too fast she says. I'm happy. I have visions of a 6' 8" power forward developing.

Strange going back to work today after so long away. Days always pass quickly after an absence though. I've got so much to do this week, lots of big decisions to make about the job and the organisation. I have an ideal situation I'm trying to work towards. You'll hear it here first if I can pull it off. I'm wary about putting my thoughts on this up in a public place before anything's been agreed too, but, in the jargon, I'm aiming for a "win win" situation.
