2 - Family Day I love Saturdays. And I have to say it's good the basketball season has ended as it would take a good half day out the weekend, preparing, playing and recovering from the game. I like having that time back. We slept well, work up early and did the weekend tea ritual thing in bed. We had, just before we got up, one cat, Tess, and Matthew lying between us in bed, and the other cat, Gump, curled up on the chair on Debbie's side. It was nice. I had a work panic attack this morning. Yes, I know, it was a Saturday. Which makes it worse. I ain't happy there. I told Deb one reason I don't make a decision to leave is because I think I'll be letting people down. And I would be, but that's not enough of a reason to stay. I do need to decide soon though. I have an inability to make important decisions like that about my life. The day was too nice to wallow though. We went out shopping, paraded Matthew around in the way-cool buggy, brought fresh bread, ham and tomatoes home for lunch, lay in the sun in the living room and just hung out. Deb and Matthew had a snooze this afternoon and I played around with changing the design of this site. I've got an opening page that I think is starting to look ok. And then Deb cooked dinner and I opened a bottle of lovely Australian Pinot Noir and it's been a nice day. An overall day, in fact, of content suburban bliss.
